Mainz Rallye 2021

Created: 21 April 2021

After the first week of university courses, we organised a rallye through Mainz to welcome the students of the 8th generation in their new home. The rallye is a competition where students divided by teams have to undergo some challenges.

Due to the coronavirus situation, the students could only move around in groups of two (it is the maximum according to the current restrictions). However, it did not lessen the fun.

The students got a sheet of paper with ten questions and tasks to answer and perform around the city center. The goal was to get to know the town a little bit better and find nice spots. They checked out the Römerpassage, strolled the Augustinergasse, enjoyed a view from the Kupferbergterassen, stroke a pose like the statues at the Schillerplatz, and had ice cream at N’Eis.

Thank you for participating and welcome again to Mainz!
