Call for Students - 12th Generation 2024

Created: 17 October 2023 Written by EMADOM

With the 11th Generation of Europa Master students starting their studies in Opole, the new call of students for the 12th Generation beginning in 2024 kicks off.

The EUROPA MASTER, sometimes referred to as “Weimar Studies”, is a unique tri-national Master program in the area of European Studies that offers an opportunity to be awarded three Master diplomas from three partner universities: Opole University (Poland), Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (Germany) and University of Burgundy (France). The classes are taught in English and French for the international group of students. The Europa Master program is free of charge and students can get additional financial support from the DFH (Deutsch-Französische Hochschule) and Erasmus + program.

The EUROPA MASTER invites applicants with a bachelor's degree in social science, including political science, international relations, economy, sociology, law, history, journalism and social communication, philosophy, and cultural studies as well as the fields of study, where the candidates were able to collect at least 65 ECTS in social science.

There are already 119 graduates of the program representing 22 nationalities. Together they have established the Europa Master Association- Dijon Opole Mainz (or EMA-DOM). It is the roof under which all Europa Master students and alumni gather, go on a study trip and discover Polish, German, French, and European culture!
